It works as a browser add-on, and she says it will “call out” cyberbullies before they ever even post hateful or harassing comments. She says it could potentially stop more than 90 percent of would-be bullies. Would you or would you not? post this offensive message. When study participants were given an alert asking them to rethink their actions before potentially posting something hurtful, there was a 93.43 percent reduction in the number of adolescents willing to post abusive messages. |
